COVID-19 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
To You - valued member of the KTS family,
As a local, family-owned company, the health and well-being of our KTS family—customers, employees, and partners—is one of our highest priorities. This is personal on a number of levels, and therefore we wanted to reach out to express to you that we are vigilantly monitoring the ever-changing landscape of Covid-19.
We know first-hand how important it is to have a knowledgeable and secure environment where safety is paramount. You rely on us for your tree care needs, and we take this responsibility seriously. We, in turn, are being guided by the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and our partners at Global Rescue, in addition to a number of local health officials.
As the situation continues to evolve, I wanted to share with you some of the steps we are taking to protect our KTS family.
1) We're open for business—Based on guidance we've received and increased measures we've taken to keep our equipment clean and safe, we remain committed to staying open for you. We are thinking about the safest ways for our customers to be customers, and we encourage you to reach out to us to learn more.
2) Our fathers taught us to reach out and offer our hand to shake, as a gesture of human connection and agreement. However, we will refrain from this so as to keep the chance of any Covid-19 transmission as low as possible. We also respect your decision to reduce human contact and, therefore will happily consult via phone from your property if you so desire.
3) We continue to maintain clean equipment, vehicles, and employees, and have elevated our attention to sterilizing handles, steering wheels, and all surfaces that are frequently contacted.
4) We do not require any live interaction with you if you choose. We will happily converse via phone/email, or any means that you choose.
5) We are relying on YOU to exist during these times of adversity. We have made a commitment to attend to all of your scheduled work. Conversely, as a local, family owned business who relies on your patronage, we ask that you allow us to continue to serve your needs.
The KTS family is, well, just that—a family. We have the truly unique opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with you. We spend time together reviewing courses of action for your property. We chat on the phone and do our very best to offer an intelligent solutions for a vast array of tree care needs.
Our relationship with you is why a letter like this is so important to write during ambiguous times. We're a family, and we're committed to serving you in ways that help make life healthier and most meaningful.
Thank you for your trust in us and for allowing KTS to be your Tree Service professionals.
Sincerely,
Ryan Kruljac and Jeremy Blyth
